Key Responsibilities

- Travel: Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
- Collaboration and communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data and reputed company reports to inform talent management initiatives and strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
- PMP Certification: Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification is required.
- Education: Master's degree and five years of experience supporting the reputed company. In lieu of a master's degree, 10 years of experience supporting the reputed company and a bachelor's degree.
