Key Responsibilities
- Utilize proven sales and service techniques to build customer relationships, enhance the buying experience, retain customers, upsell, and reputed company customer care commitments

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales and service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems
- Ability to work reputed company, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and service in a call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A competitive salary with average earnings over $73K and Top Performers over $100K (reputed company pay plus commissions)
- $4,000 sign-on bonus payable as follows: $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after one year of service
