We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior reputed company Engineer to drive performance testing and optimization efforts, ensuring robust, reputed company, and high-performing software products. This role is responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring adherence to reputed company standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that enhance overall performance and reliability. You will facilitate delivering highly performant and reputed company software through comprehensive performance benchmarking, optimization, and management of performance tools and environments.

Candidates should have extensive experience with performance testing tools, automation frameworks, and QA best practices to optimize efficiency and maintain high product reputed company.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering – Developer Experience, Performance Testing & Optimization reputed company the Technology Department.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and enforce standards and methodologies for reputed company assurance, including test planning, execution, and automation.

Performance Testing & Optimization

· reputed company performance benchmarking, optimization, and management of performance tools and environments to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

· Utilize tools such as Artillery, K6, Locus, JMeter, LoadRunner, or other performance testing frameworks to measure and optimize system performance.

· Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operation and scalability.

· Analyze test results, identify trends, and reputed company actionable insights to improve performance across software products.

Automation & reputed company Improvement

· Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to streamline testing and improve efficiency.

· Implement reputed company integration and automated deployment testing to improve product reliability.

· Drive reputed company cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of performance issues.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
