About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Program Director to reputed company reputed company reputed company engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for reputed company in this role.

What You Will Do:

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Leading project planning sessions with internal and reputed company staff
• Support solution proposals for reputed company pursuits, proposals, and PoCs
• Participating in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission and review)
• Support the creation of reputed company and reputed company communication with clients
• Identifying and helping secure reputed company opportunities for existing clients
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• reputed company reputed company to reputed company objectives and manage resources in an Agile way (Scrum/Kanban) using backlogs, planning, retrospectives
• Regular/weekly project review and creating reports with key metrics about team and project status using company reputed company
• Overseeing reputed company incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Continuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Prepare and present regular reports, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Technology, or a reputed company field. 
• Minimum of 7 years experience as a program director or project manager, with minimum 2 years experience as a program director
• Working knowledge of MS office and program management software/tools (e.g. Jira, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project, etc.)
• Solid insurance knowledge is a must
• PMP Certificate is highly preferred
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and reputed company
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
• Strong business acumen with a strategic ability, analytical reputed company, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. 
• Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
