Responsibilities

• Resolves problems reputed company to patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints associated with departmental issues
• Recommends and participates in the solution of ongoing problems or trends
• Escalates/prioritizes changes in bed status in conjunction with Patient Placement.
• Facilities routing of phone calls from internal customers to the EVS team and utilizes 2-Fixx portal reputed company appropriate. Provides reputed company of EVS staff for efficient discharge cleaning assignments.
• Manages room hold and appropriate reason codes.
• Identify the following and escalate to EVS manager reputed company no EVS tech in sector, prolonged response/clean times are reputed company of protocols.
• Ensures staff availability (beginning, end, breaks, lunch).
• Exhibits excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills. Displays interpersonal savvy.
• Successfully de-escalates high-tension situations.

• Utilizes effective dispatching logic in prioritizing tasks, dispatching assignments to the appropriate personnel in order of availability and proximity while maximizing productivity.

• Continuously monitors response times and associate productivity.
