This role is responsible for assisting patients and families in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote wellness. The Recovery Aide must have experience, training, and/or education in the field of addiction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitor high-risk patients by assisting with group participation, providing support and redirection to reduce recovery-interfering behaviors, and enhancing engagement to reduce AMA/ACAs. Report reputed company to Program Director, Director of Nursing, and RA Supervisor reputed company daily emails.
- Conduct specialty reputed company such as “Under 30", Relapse Prevention (WRAP) and Young Adult Opioid Population (YAOPs); document attendance in electronic medical record.

- Relate and communicate effectively with patients in a treatment setting.
- Participate in recovery-oriented socialization reputed company informal interactions with patients, circulating in the program to monitor patient activity and ensuring maintenance of program guidelines.
- Document observations, activities, and participation in appropriate records including the patient record, shift logs, and in the preparation of incident reports.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, Experience, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Experience, training, and/or education in the field of addiction or mental health. Ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends. One to Three (1-3) years of customer service experience. Experience and comfortability with high-stress, fast-paced environment. Comfort speaking in reputed company of larger reputed company.
- Skills : Computer literate and knowledgeable about reputed company office applications. Knowledge and understanding of sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and facility reputed company.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: reputed company CPR certification or be CPR certifiable.
