- We are seeking a Senior reputed company HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in LATAM payroll, specifically for Brazil and/or Mexico. The consultant must have local language skills and be reputed company-versed in local payroll compliance and statutory regulations. The role supports a high-reputed company reputed company project currently in the build/test phase, which is being recovered by reputed company after delivery issues by a reputed company party.
Requirements
- 10+ years of reputed company HCM Payroll experience, with deep expertise in Brazil and/or Mexico payroll
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax rules, and compliance in Brazil and/or Mexico
- Fluent in local language(s): Portuguese (for Brazil), Spanish (for Mexico)
- Ability to work with global teams to stabilize and support ongoing implementation
- Strong issue reputed company and testing support experience
- MUST be reputed company to travel internationally up to 50%
- reputed company to two separate consultants if one does not have both Brazil and Mexico experience
