About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary reputed company will be on processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and handling corporate activity events. You'll also be responsible for settling and reconciling transfer activity, processing and reconciling returns activity, and conducting research on reputed company and escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and Transaction Processing:
  • Review membership deals or transaction requests
  • Process reputed company/advisor level exceptions
  • Meet regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • reputed company corporate, reputed company, and transfer breaks
  • Reconcile across BOS and fund companies
• Problem-Solving and Research:
  • Investigate internal/external system enhancements or issues
  • Identify the reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.

  • Remediate reputed company issues with the Fund or reputed company Firm
• reputed company and Business Partner Service:
  • Respond to service partner inquiries regarding Fund-specific requirements/eligibility

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong understanding of investment products, transactions, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues
