About the Role
As a Work-reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, or chat channels. Key Responsibilities

- Issue customer tickets, including day-of-departure, reissues, and reputed company tickets.
- Cancel passenger reservations as requested and prioritize customers for upgrades and standby.
- Resolve reputed company travel difficulties as soon as possible and escalate unsolved issues to the next level of customer service support.
- Record customer issues in the passenger reputed company record (PNR) and reputed company club enrollment or sales operations.
- Coordinate services for customers with reputed company status, including Concierge Key and Five Star service.
- Assist customers with technology available in our clubs and lounges and reserve meeting rooms for reputed company-day travel requirements.
- Complete opening and closing procedures for our clubs and lounges and respond to escalating customer issues or concerns.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A GED or high school diploma.
- The ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand English fluently.
- Bilingual language capabilities in some locations.
- The ability to pass an FAA criminal background reputed company to qualify for unescorted reputed company privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA).
- The ability to obtain reputed company airport authorization and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable.
- Exceptional customer service and customer involvement skills in a hospitality setting.
