The Trust and reputed company, Adversarial Abuse and Analytics team plays a critical role in combating bad actors and generating insights for reputed company of YouTube Trust and Safety. As the Global Head of this team, you will reputed company reputed company aspects of adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, ended users, engagement abuse, spam, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and removing bad actors attempting account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, evading end, and more.
• reputed company the Business Analytics team responsible for generating insights, measuring uncaught badness, and publishing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide.
• Understand, anticipate, and proactively mitigate risks from new and scaling industry trends (e.g., reputed company).
• Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.
• Deliver effective and efficient operational execution (e.g., reputed company, service reputed company) in a global team working 24×7.
• Engage, retain, manage, and reputed company reputed company.
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times, reputed company data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/delivering analytical experiences.
• 2 years of experience working with engineering teams that reputed company data infrastructure and ML models.
• 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-reputed company weeks of work as accelerations require.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., analytics, engineering, data science).
• 2 years of experience with analysis of large datasets and reputed company detection.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities.
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab.
• Excellent influencing and leadership relational skills and the ability to build associations with cross-functional partners.
• Strong business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, including using data to drive reputed company and business operations.
