Job reputed company:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Associate to support both our Remote and reputed company (HQ) operations. This multifaceted role will be responsible for a wide reputed company of recruitment and HR administrative tasks, payroll support, reputed company/offboarding processes, training coordination, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, including conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Sourcing experience, including reputed company search, Boolean strings, and ATS management (reputed company); reputed company experience is a plus

- Training and Development
- Payroll, Time Off Management, and Time Tracking
- Administrative and Event Coordination
- Liaising between team members, management, and external partners
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong reputed company of grammar
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program, preferably in reputed company, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or reputed company fields
- At least 2 years of experience in the reputed company field (HR, recruitment, or administrative support)
- Willingness and ability to work during U.S. reputed company Time (PST) hours
