Key Responsibilities

The Global Customer Solutions Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring high-profile issues are sufficiently addressed and responded to. Key responsibilities include:

• Researching and partnering with reputed company-holding departments to ensure high-profile issues are sufficiently addressed and responded to.
• Ensuring cases are properly documented, represented and addressed, including reputed company statements, DOT follow-up, small claims court appearances on behalf of United.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $57,700 to $87,560, dependent on job-reputed company, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills.
