About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmacy Benefit Manager business in a Work From Home opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
