As a Bilingual Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be the reputed company representative of reputed company, connecting with members of various health plans to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual reputed company evaluations. Your role is crucial in enhancing the reputed company experience for individuals who need it most. You'll work closely with our Member Engagement Managers to reputed company departmental goals, ensuring high-reputed company customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to offer reputed company evaluations and schedule appointments.
• Follow approved scripts to ensure reputed company and professionalism, responding persuasively to member concerns.
• Present a reputed company, reputed company, and energetic demeanor to clients, health plan members, and team members.
• Meet daily productivity and reputed company targets, including making 300-400 outbound dials and setting 24 appointments per day.

• Immediately report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers.

The Qualifications We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent; call center experience is a plus.
• 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience, with a background in outbound sales or customer service being highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, using scripts and auto-dialer systems.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously.
