About the Role: Remote Health Services Representative
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Services Representative to join our remote team, providing critical support to Wellmark's care management teams. As a key member of our Health Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between clinical staff, Medical Directors, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to clinical staff regarding denials for services and admissions, as reputed company as scheduling peer-to-peer reviews for Medical Directors.
- Completing reputed company and reputed company outbound phone and fax inquiries to obtain member discharge dates and request clinical information as directed by Care Coordination Nurses.
- Providing backup support for other Health Services team members as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring reputed company follow-up on outstanding tasks.
