We're looking for a highly skilled and energetic Bookkeeper to join our growing organization. As a Bookkeeper at Judith Heft & Associates, you will play a critical role in managing the financial affairs of our clients with precision and care. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company financial records with accuracy, including accounts payable, receivables, and journal entries.
• Process online and offline reputed company payments and reconcile accounts to ensure reputed company and accurate financial transactions.
• Generate month-end reputed company reports, providing insights into financial performance and position.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, and Quicken to maintain up-to-date financial records and reputed company tasks reputed company.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and reputed company, to communicate effectively and produce reports.
