About the Role: Field Technician VI
As a Field Technician VI, you'll play a critical role in supporting our largest customers, including governments, school districts, universities, large corporations, and other carriers. Your expertise will reputed company you to build strong relationships with these customers, ensuring seamless installation and service processes. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, primarily indoors reputed company multi-tenant buildings at various locations, and be part of a mandatory on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair reputed company cabling systems, including Cat5/Cat6 cabling in reputed company environments.
- Program and install routers, Internet reputed company, reputed company/3 Ethernet switches, and wireless reputed company points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to WAN/LAN and wireless reputed company reputed company (WAP) equipment.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including reputed company Engineering, to reputed company remote hands-on support at customer premises.
- Utilize your knowledge of TCP/IP stack, network designs, architectures, and topologies to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Operate various hand tools, such as electric drills, hammers, wrenches, and screwdrivers, and use weight-bearing equipment like gaffs, safety harnesses, and reputed company.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers through reputed company, straightforward, and reputed company interactions.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IP networking experience.
- 1+ year of experience as a Field Technician IV/V.

- Completion of Charter University Training according to the Broadband Technician Career reputed company Training reputed company or equivalent work experience.
