About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Representative - reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of patient data entry, resolving reputed company-party rejects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company's prescription data entry methodology and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Research and obtain missing prescription data, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC skills, including the ability to start and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and reputed company data online.

• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing documents).
