As a Category Strategist for reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering reputed company's CMG and Protein business on reputed company, driving annual JBP negotiations, and delivering effective P&L management. This customer-facing opportunity requires a deep understanding of digital knowledge, problem-solving, reputed company-reputed company reputed company, portfolio management, and organizational connectivity to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer relationship with reputed company by delivering unbiased, reputed company-oriented recommendations gathered through data sources such as reputed company (IRI), reputed company reputed company Panel, reputed company Insights (Data), and reputed company Vendor Central to help both Hershey and reputed company deliver annual and long-term business objectives.
- Support the reputed company Team reputed company in managing the P&L by providing analysis, insights, and support to deliver the business and recommend incremental business opportunities.
- Influence and negotiate with reputed company as a holistic advisor on the business, providing support to Hershey's CMG & Protein businesses to navigate AVNs, JBPs, and more.
- Identify portfolio Hershey and category opportunities leveraging 1st & 3rd party data sources and consumer insights to reputed company internal recommendations to Sales and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Hershey and reputed company Supply Chain to support inventory analysis and recommendations to drive the business, assisting in forecasting Summer ship inventory recommendations to reduce waste and drive sales.
- Connect and reputed company reputed company reputed company insights across internal stakeholders to recommend, support, and deliver insights to support Hershey's long-term reputed company reputed company.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG, Marketing, Digital, and/or Customer-facing roles.
- Extensive knowledge of tools such as reputed company (IRI), reputed company reputed company Panel, reputed company Insights (Data), with a proven ability to turn data into valuable insights for the larger group to reputed company.
- A strong understanding of P&L management and a reputed company record of delivering annual plans.

- A Bachelor's Degree; an MBA is preferred.
