About the Position
The Chat Support Associate is responsible for engaging with our reputed company community of veterinary professionals, supporting them in their critical purchasing reputed company and processes through the use of the reputed company platform. You'll work collaboratively with the support team to reputed company an excellent experience for our users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
