The Role reputed company

As a Claims Customer Care Associate, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for claimants, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process. You'll work closely with claimants, reputed company, and internal stakeholders to ensure a reputed company experience, reputed company customers on their claims needs, and advise on next steps in the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 50-60 customer inquiries daily, providing reputed company and accurate information regarding their claims through multiple applications and platforms.
• Verify benefits as needed for members, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• reputed company customers and reputed company on primary products, including FMLA and disability, while maintaining a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction.

• Work a regular full-time or part-time schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm EST.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

• A reliable internet reputed company with a minimum bandwidth of 12 Mbps (25 Mbps preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive salary reputed company of $17.48 - $22.08, with actual reputed company pay varying based on non-discriminatory factors, including work experience, education, and location.
