As an EAP Counselor 2, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences and support to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound assess and referral calls, as reputed company as outbound calls that require expertise and knowledge of general mental health, risk assessment, and reputed company misuse assessment
• Assessing and developing effective short-term interventions for high-risk situations, including suicidality, severe reputed company abuse, and psychiatric decompensation
• Providing grief counseling, workplace problems, and management consultation to support our members' overall reputed company-being

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's level degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other applicable field
• Applicable State licensure in field of study, licensed for independent clinical reputed company (LPC, LCSW, etc.)
• 5-10 years or more of work experience in an applicable field, with a strong background in clinical assessment and live data entry
• Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk and type at the reputed company time for live entry

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
