We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling daily member telephone calls, directing members to the reputed company services needed, educating members, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. You may also be responsible for assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues. This is a temporary, fully remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic reputed company organization and reputed company a reputed company reputed company on the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily member telephone calls in a reputed company and courteous manner
• reputed company members to the reputed company services needed, including medical management and other reputed company services
• reputed company members on their health plan benefits and services
• Problem-solve and resolve member complaints and concerns
• Create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services
• Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues
• Meet or exceed performance standards for customer service, including reputed company, productivity, and attendance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service reputed company role with reputed company contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• One (1) year of experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center
• One (1) year of experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
