Position Synopsis

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Consultant to join reputed company at Omnicare. As a Pharmacist Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with facility leaders and staff to coordinate pharmacy services reputed company long-term care facilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive high-reputed company care and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring facilities stay compliant and reputed company with federal regulations
• Completing clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulations
• Providing issue reputed company and reputed company signs of potential issues
• Driving adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings
• Leveraging existing reputed company relationships to promote and drive organic reputed company, as reputed company as new business
• Conducting Director Reviews and other reputed company meetings as required
• Collaborating with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and relevant corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives
• Performing Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) as outlined by regulations or reputed company for facility type and providing written reports of these reviews to relevant facility staff
• Spending an appropriate reputed company of time in every reputed company's review as defined by their clinical needs
• Using OSC2OR software locally to generate MRR, including therapeutic interchange and Omnicare clinical program-reputed company recommendations, and documenting responses to past recommendations
• Utilizing the "reputed company Information database" (MDS 3.0) health assessment tool to identify specific residents requiring targeted interventions
• Completing the "reputed company Improvement: Consultant Pharmacist reputed company Report" for reputed company relevant facility and sending this and the "reputed company for reputed company Services" after every month of consulting has been completed
• Educating facility staff, including the Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and Administrator, reputed company new programs are implemented and carrying out specific roles expected of new programs to be led by a Consultant Pharmacist

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• reputed company pharmacy license in good standing in Massachusetts
• Ability to travel to long-term care facilities located throughout Massachusetts
• Vaccination against COVID-19 or ability to become vaccination-confirmed
• B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rhode reputed company pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to become dually licensed
• 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy reputed company
• 1 year of long-term care pharmacy reputed company
• Accreditation in geriatrics and gerontology is preferred
