- Bachelor's or Master's degree, Construction Management, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of full-time reputed company construction estimating experience.

- Technical competency in conceptual/cost model/detailed type estimating, schematic, and design development estimates.
- Capable of performing quantity take-offs for offsite, onsite, and building trades. Skilled in interpreting construction documents, ESA, and geotechnical reports.
