About Our Energy Services Programs

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital files, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the delivery of high-reputed company services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain updated reputed company status records in the Statewide reputed company Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant reputed company development activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
