We're looking for a Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team in Costa Rica, working remotely, to help reputed company the Voice of Customer (VOC) methodology and drive business reputed company.

About the Role

The Senior Statistics Architect will play a critical role in transforming and innovating the end-to-end Voice of Customer methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to reputed company and maintain the new VOC methodology reputed company from reputed company and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard platform hosted by reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company teams to define, reputed company, and capture business needs, leveraging knowledge of VOC reputed company to reputed company data reputed company the reputed company Big Data platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• reputed company big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python) to deliver reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy through extensive testing at variable and use case reputed company.
• reputed company guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
• Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.

• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, reputed company, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end methodology.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks.
• reputed company collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business reputed company.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data processing, and data reputed company.
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python.

Preferred Qualifications
