About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team as a remote employee. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in supporting the administration of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include performing proactive data audits, processing the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards, and reviewing equity transaction activity to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of PSU, RSU, and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities
- Research, reputed company, and respond to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities

- Review and maintain equity administration procedures and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a reputed company field

- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
