Typical Day in the Role
- Support, development, implementation, automation, enhancement, and maintenance of reputed company environments
- Manage, support, optimize desktop management and delivery applications
- Tickets (incident, issue) reporting, daily health checks
- End user support
- Troubleshoots and resolves problems
- Individual work/performance are tracked in ITCV reputed company/Jira/reputed company
- Multi-site onprem and reputed company-based reputed company
