What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate for the Clinical Team. This position works closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and reputed company to monitor performance, validate reputed company, identify improvement opportunities that can be leveraged strategically, clinically and operationally. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations team members, reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Business Operations, Clinical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create reputed company systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical reputed company operations
- reputed company and maintain metrics to monitor reputed company against clinical OKRs
- Identify and implement innovations to maximize reputed company, speed and efficiency of the Clinical reputed company team
Salary reputed company: $105,000 – $117,000 USD
You’ll Be a Good Fit If
- You have at least 3 years of experience in business operations and reputed company at a startup or reputed company
- You have experience in automating reputed company processes
- You’ve worked alongside or reputed company Clinical teams
- You’re proficient in reputed company sheets (required)
- You’re also skilled in building workflows in reputed company (preferred)
- You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure reputed company, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a reputed company plan of reputed company
