About the Role

As a Dental Director at reputed company, you'll play a critical role in overseeing clinical management and review activities, driving reputed company improvement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with dental professionals. Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in Committees, as needed, and collaborate with Business Operations and Provider Relations staff
• Partner with the Clinical Affordability team to reputed company innovative approaches to making reputed company more efficient and meaningful
• Cascade clinical outcome/improvement messaging to cross-functional teams to foster a tighter working culture

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

• At least 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of managed care experience
• Post-graduate experience in reputed company patient care
