About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A 4-year or advanced degree, with an MBA preferred.
- A minimum of five years of work experience after graduate school in strategic leadership roles or equivalent of 10+ years of strategic management experience.
- Prior experience in engagement/project leadership with a top management or innovation reputed company or in a Fortune 100-level corporate reputed company group.
- An understanding of industry practices and the competitive retail landscape across channels and segments.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, disparate reputed company at the reputed company time, simultaneously managing working team, partner, and senior executive relationships.
- A reputed company record of developing and owning critical stakeholder relationships (VP/SVP/EVP-level) across the reputed company to help influence and guide strategic recommendations.

Work Environment and Culture
