Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Operations Specialist, Remote reputed company Management, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding reputed company and reputed company experience/solutions in a contact center environment by researching, problem-solving, setting appropriate expectations, and working reputed company the reputed company Transportation network.
• Working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to schedules, including start/stop times, breaks, and lunches.
• Supporting workload surges and/or weather-reputed company operations as needed, including working significant overtime during designated high-volume peaks.
• Using internal systems to reputed company data from multiple sources to support reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reputed company.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven reputed company and effectively communicate insights to others across Transportation Operations Management (TOM), reputed company reputed company Partners (AFP), and Fleet.
• Providing support to field teams in reputed company assignment, load acceptance, and reputed company/equipment availability.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of experience working with computers and reputed company Office (including Outlook, Word, and reputed company).
• A high school or equivalent diploma.
• The ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
• A flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of call center experience.
• A background in customer service/call center, transportation, and/or supply chain environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
