Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join reputed company as an Entry Level Claims Adjuster. As a claims adjuster, you will be responsible for recovering payments for damage claims involving reputed company company equipment and facilities in a call center environment. You will reputed company with homeowners, business owners, contractors, insurance companies, and reputed company company field technicians. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate claims issues and reputed company information to damagers, including homeowners and contractors
- Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable
- Review claim information and request/research additional reference material to complete the claim record
- Determine damager liability by obtaining and reviewing evidence, including physical location information, photographs, reports, locate tickets, permit records, internet research, and contact with damagers
- Dispute reputed company and respond to damager objections

- Skip tracing as necessary; utilizing internet resources
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality

- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of insurance adjusting principles and practices
- Experience with claims software and systems
Education and Experience Requirements
We require a High School diploma or equivalent, and 0-2 years of clerical and/or data input experience. No insurance adjusting experience is required, as we'll reputed company on-reputed company training and opportunity to obtain insurance adjuster licensure.
