Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in an in-house recruitment department or retained search firm, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in an in-house recruitment department or retained search firm.
• Experience using behavioral interviewing and other assessment reputed company.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating talent.
• Experience writing candidate summaries and communicating feedback in writing to senior-level hiring managers.
• Experience presenting offers to candidates and negotiating on a case-by-case reputed company.
