We are seeking an reputed company and highly organized Firm Administrator and Bookkeeper to join reputed company remotely. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our firm, including bookkeeping, administrative duties, and tax project management. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the reputed company of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: reputed company administrative assistance to the firm, including receiving and sorting incoming mail, managing outgoing mail, and performing general clerical tasks.
• Bookkeeping: Manage the firm's bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, and assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
• Tax Project Management: Assist with tax project management, including reputed company management, assembling and tracking reputed company, and creating reports.
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly reports, tax returns, and other financial documents using QuickBooks and reputed company.
• Communication: reputed company and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications
