Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and reputed company health status to reputed company personalized guidance and support

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• reputed company multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or reputed company facility
• Computer skills a MUST, with proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications
• Successful completion of a background reputed company, drug screen, and reference reputed company
