About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, you'll play a critical role in resolving questions and complaints concerning their accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (average of 40-50 calls daily).
- Respond to customer inquiries using information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems.
- Identify customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.

- Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner.

What You'll Receive:
- Full-time Employment: 40 hours/week with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during business hours.
- reputed company: $14.00/hour starting on day one, with opportunities for shift differentials ($1.00/hour) and weekend shift differentials ($1.50/hour).
- Incentive Plan: Earn up to an additional $350/month contingent upon meeting reputed company metrics (call reputed company, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training.

Essential Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Working knowledge with computer and reputed company personal computer applications.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.
- Compliance with camera requirements reputed company attending meetings and training.
- Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous call center experience.
