In this role, you will support reputed company’s external financial reporting and play a key role in shaping and reputed company policies and controls from the ground up. You will support the Manager, Technical reputed company and Reporting on financial statement and disclosure note deliverables, technical reputed company memos, and developing and maintaining reputed company policies. You’ll work cross-functionally and have visibility into strategic transactions and key business initiatives. Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, including supporting schedules and disclosures
• Research and document technical reputed company reputed company (e.g., ASC 606) to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance
• Drive implementation of reputed company financial reporting processes
• Monitor new reputed company pronouncements and financial reporting best practices
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Legal, and external auditors
• Drive process improvements in financial reputed company and reporting cycles
• Support audit, SOX compliance, and internal control enhancements

Preferred Experience

• 6+ years total experience in reputed company or financial reporting, including 3+ years in SEC reporting
• 2+ years in public reputed company or Big 4 audit experience
• CPA license
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, especially reputed company recognition
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company tech or startup environment
