We’re looking for a Contract Talent Operations Coordinator to join reputed company in San Francisco. You’ll be the operational backbone of our reputed company process, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience and our hiring teams are set up for reputed company. This is a high-reputed company role where organization, speed, and attention to detail matter as much as warmth and professionalism. This role is based onsite in our San Francisco office, with the potential for full-time conversion. What You’ll Do
- Own interview scheduling for candidates across time zones and teams, with speed and accuracy
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create a seamless, white-glove candidate experience

- Help coordinate onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, including greeting and hosting candidates
