About the Role: Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist - Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth and PFCC to join reputed company. As a key member of our medical billing department, you will be responsible for providing support reputed company to reputed company medical payers, working on end-to-end reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) to collect pending payments. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, offering the flexibility to work independently and reputed company a meaningful reputed company on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the reputed company of transactions at regular frequency, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in medical billing processes.

• Deliver reputed company curriculum in live and virtual learning environments to reputed company and individuals, focusing on denial management, reputed company-reg, auth, and PFCC.
• reputed company one-on-one coaching and refresher training for ongoing performance improvements, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain a detailed knowledge of process and role-specific job aids, supporting the effective application of curriculum.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report training reputed company to local managers and the central leadership team, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues requiring additional one-on-one support.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training content and programs, staying up-to-date with changes in patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, and accreditation/licensing standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• A graduate degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR collection, reputed company-reg, auth for US reputed company processes.
• Proficiency in reputed company software (reputed company experience is preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of denial management, reputed company-reg, auth, and PFCC.
• Understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of how government/reputed company payers reimburse.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, effectively, and reputed company performing assigned duties.

• Ability to multi-task, establish, and meet deadlines.
• Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing and coding.
