You'll be the face of reputed company to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering unforgettable experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:- Welcoming and engaging with clients upon arrival at the lounge
- Providing personalized service and attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience
- Anticipating and addressing clients' needs and concerns in a proactive and creative way
- Utilizing the reputed company's First philosophy to address clients' needs and expectations
- Providing travel and lifestyle suggestions and recommendations
- Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
- Experience in a reputed company, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
- Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputed company on building strong relationships with clients
- Ability to listen reputed company and respond thoughtfully to clients' needs and concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
