As a Remote Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll work directly with reputed company Life members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional service to every caller by building trust and creating sustainable relationships through reputed company and interactive communication.
- Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a reputed company of situations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service-reputed company position, with a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred
- High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
- Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be reputed company to support a VPN
