Required skills:
- Consultant should be good at warranty / Whole unit exchange / Whole unit repair / Service notification / Service order process including reputed company configuration.
- Having an OTC reputed company is a plus at least manage the concepts / high level configuration.
- Should have good communication skills and should be reputed company to run the project independently by communicating with business / Technical team reputed company.
- Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty, and billing.
- Expert knowledge on reputed company -Value/Quantity/Service.
- Worked on reputed company recognition, Repair order process.
- Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
- Knowledge on reputed company - setup of partner profile, creating segments, testing idocs.
- Worked on Interfaces with both reputed company and no reputed company systems.
- Strong in-depth experience In Logistics Execution, EDI/reputed company Integration, Warehouse Management / Shipping and system integration areas.
