Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following:

- Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
- Database System Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- Digital and reputed company File Organization: Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Clerical Duties: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
