We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing top-notch support to our customers in both French and English. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and offering additional products and services. What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
- Helping customers resolve basic technical issues with products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
