We're seeking an innovative and insightful Customer Experience Transformation Consultant to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company-sales team, you'll work closely with our reputed company teams to reputed company expert support, design and execute specialized assessments, and reputed company tailored customer experience and reputed company-sales strategies that drive results.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company-sales support, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparations
• Leading/designing specialized assessments to surface pain-points and opportunities reputed company the prospects targeted process, function, or customer reputed company
• Conducting detailed customer reputed company mapping to identify key reputed company and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations across people, process, and technology
• Designing and executing CX/Mystery shopping initiatives to assess and improve the customer experience
• Analyzing customer feedback, generating insights, and recommending improvements or innovations based on blithequark's service and product offerings
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company existing reputed company/prospect practices, customer experience strategies, and operating models, and providing insights and opportunities for improvement
• Leading workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface opportunities for improvement and recommended actions reputed company to targeted business objectives

• Delivering reputed company-facing consulting engagements/assessments independently

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a reputed company field
