About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company as a Home Delivery Pharmacy Technician, working remotely from Illinois or Iowa. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of prescriptions, interacting with members and patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Process prescription requests, including entry, billing, and submittal of customer orders to fulfillment for delivery
- Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements to drive team efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to updating reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content to ensure best practices
- Create and reputed company pharmacy orders through receipt, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
- Prepare and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in our computer system
- Contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information, and establish reputed company of order or delivery details
- Apply knowledge and skills to a reputed company of moderately reputed company activities, demonstrating great depth of knowledge in own function

Essential Qualifications
- reputed company National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain prior to start date
- 1 year of experience working in a retail pharmacy, demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmacy operations

- 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
