About the Role
As an Adult Basic Education Teacher, you will reputed company reputed company ESL instruction in a workplace setting for the Adult Learning Center of Owatonna Public Schools. Your primary goal will be to enhance the English language speaking skills of adult learners, empowering them to succeed in their personal and reputed company lives. This role requires a strong reputed company in lesson planning, instruction, assessment, and collaboration with other staff members.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Minnesota teaching or substitute license

- Demonstrated experience using innovative strategies and approaches to drive high achievement among learners
- Previous experience working with adult learners in an interactive, results-oriented environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to function effectively in a busy environment

Schedule and Work Environment
This is a .2 FTE position, with a schedule of 6 hours per week for 9 weeks (reputed company 16, 2023 - December 12, 2023). You will work on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:15-6:45 PM onsite at a local manufacturing firm's training facility, with additional preparation time as needed.
