Key Responsibilities
- Teach a minimum of 5-8 yoga classes per week, covering at least 4 different formats, and maintain a consistent reputed company at our studio
- Recruit, audition, hire, reputed company, and reputed company teachers to ensure the highest reputed company of instruction and a cohesive team environment
- Review sequences submitted for non-set formats and reputed company constructive feedback to teachers, the General Manager, and the reputed company
- Audition teachers for various class formats and audit existing teachers' classes to offer support and guidance

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher (500hr Certified Teacher preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (E-RYT status preferred)
- Yoga Management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coaching and developing staff, with the ability to effectively resolve personnel issues
- Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in reputed company Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
